Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Destinations & Transit Time
We currently ship to all states within the continental United States. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after processing. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
Shipping Rates
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Carriers We Use
To deliver your order reliably, we partner with leading U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The selection of a specific carrier for your shipment is made at our discretion based on package size, destination, and delivery efficiency.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, Azurestandaard is not liable for carrier delays or events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters). If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 5 days so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order is placed, but we will do our best to help if it has not yet been processed.
