You may return most new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in resalable condition and include all original tags, manuals, and accessories.

Defective or Damaged Items

Non‑Returnable Items

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 1–2 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer. Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or variant, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
