Directions: Lily’s Delicious Peanut Butter Cups Recipe You will need: 1 bag of Lily's Premium Baking Chips*, organic peanut butter (or other natural nut butter**), mini cupcake tins. Step 1 – Melt chocolate chips by placing chips in double boiler over gently simmering (not boiling) water. Stir chips constantly until melted. Step 2 – Scoop a tablespoon of melted chocolate into mini cupcake tin. Step 3 – Scoop a teaspoon of peanut butter on top of melted chocolate (tip: Putting peanut butter in the freezer 2 minutes before scooping makes it easier to scoop the amount you want!) Step 4 – Scoop a final tablespoon of chocolate onto peanut butter. Step 5 – Repeat above steps until chocolate is gone. Step 6 – Place melted PB cups in freezer to harden for approximately 30 minutes. Makes 10 mini peanut butter cups!
