The Cuzco Corn has a Protected Designation of Origin certification, a worldwide exclusive, and has historically been a staple of the Inka civilization and their descendants for more than 500 years. Only the largest, finest Cuzco corn kernels are used in Inka Roasted Corn. These are giant kernels, two to three times larger than the name brand. They are roasted to perfection in sunflower oil to create a light, super-crunchy snack that won’t ruin a filling.
