Azure Husbandry Pear Puree, Frozen, Transitional

Description: Pear Puree is made from Transitional Bartlett Pears grown right here on Azure Farm. There is a limited supply as we can only press once a year from the pears available. The bartlett pears make the best flavor although there could be subtile differences between jugs. This is fresh pressed on immediately frozen for best quality.  For best flavor thaw the whole gallon and mix before serving, and once thawed use within one week to prevent spritzery flavor.
