Azure Market Peas Green, Whole

Description: Dried whole green peas take longer to cook than split peas, but about the same as a dry bean. Can be used in stews, soups, loaves and burgers. May be sprouted. Non-GMO Kosher Product of Washington and Idaho. Azure Market products that are re-packaged by Azure for your convenience are packaged in a Facility that meets the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) standards which includes an approved allergen control program. Directions: Cover whole peas and soak overnight. Replace water with fresh cold water for cooking. Place on stove and bring to a boil cover with lid.
