Description: L-Trytophan is an amino acid that is converted in the body to serotonin, an important neurotransmitter that supports many functions, in the brain and is used to aid sleep. As we age, many find it more difficult to get a good night’s rest and L-Trytophan can help maintain serotonin levels to support normal sleep. Directions: As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 capsule two to three times per day, or directed by your health care practitioner.
