Directions: 1) Place 6-8 cups of water with 1 tsp. salt, if desired, in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. 2) Add content of package into the boiling water. 3) Boil uncovered for 3 minutes. 4) Drain and let cool just to the touch. 5) Serve – remove beans from pods, discard pods. 6) Shell as you eat them. Stovetop cooking only is recommended for this product. Chef’s Tips: Edamame is great eaten by itself as a snack. Or, simply remove beans from pods and add to salads, soups and stirfrys. Ingredients: organic soy beans.
