If any cattle are extremely sick and require antibiotics, they are pulled from the meat program and properly identified. A weaning feedlot is used for a short period of two weeks while calves are being weaned from their mothers. During this time they are only fed homegrown hay and non-GMO alfalfa. If this product is 1-2 pounds, the base weight is 1 pound. The price displayed here would be for a 1 lb item only. The displayed price, divided by the base weight, is the price per pound. Since random weight item prices vary, and will vary for each customer, we are not able to display all prices.
