Description: Here are the all-organic spices that make our Savory 4-Bean Soup Mix so good! Add tomato sauce for the perfect bowl. 3/4 cup of Seasoning Mix will season 2 1/2 cups (1 lb.) of dry Savory 4-Bean Mix beans (sold separately in 25 lb. size). 5 lbs of seasonings are required to prepare 25 lbs. of dry Savory 4-Bean Soup Mix beans. Directions: Sort and wash 2 1/2 cups of dry savory 4-bean chili soup beans. add bean blend to 6 cups water and soak overnight. drain beans and add 6 cups fresh water. bring to a gentle boil for 2 hours. add 3/4 cup seasoning blend, and 1-15 oz. can organic diced tomatoes. cook an additional 20 to 30 minutes. serves 10.
