The Stelzer family actually calls these large sweet popovers “German Baby Pancakes”. Of course, there are many other ways to use this versatile Indian spice (like with chicken!), but this is a favorite at Azure. Please note that Azure sells both Cardamom Seeds and Cardamom Pods. Each green cardamom pod contains multiple small, brown cardamom seeds. Pods and seeds contain the same flavor, but it is recommended to buy the pods if you wish to store this spice for longterm use.
