Description:  Broccolini is a green vegetable similar to broccoli but with smaller florets and longer, thin stalks.  Compared to the bitter flavor of regular broccoli, Broccolini is more mild and tender with a sweet, earthy taste. And while it can be eaten raw, Broccolini is best when cooked. It can be sautéed, steamed, roasted, and grilled. Broccolini, makes a fantastic, quick side dish and compliments just about anything from beef roasts, lamb, fish, turkey, chicken, lasagna and more.
