Directions: Hot Cup of Yaupon:     • place one yaupon teabag or one teaspoon of loose leaf yaupon into a mug     • add just off boiling water to the mug (~14 ounces) First steep 4-6 minutes.  Second steep 5-8 minutes.  Third steep 7-10 minutes. Fourth steep 9-12 minutes.  Or Leave the leaves. Pour, sip, repeat. Yaupon is impossible to over-steep. Cold Brewed Yaupon:     • Place three yaupon teabags or 1 tablespoon of loose leaf yaupon in a pitcher.     • Add water.     • Place the pitcher in the fridge overnight.     • Enjoy your chilled yaupon!
