So not-only are you enjoying a pesticide-free organic loaf that's good for you and the environment, you're also saving water and supporting water-efficient crops!  Compared to our Classy Slice, this bread has the same fiber content and overall comparable nutrition. It is lighter in color, slightly milder in flavor and softer in texture after warming up. As mentioned above, there is 33% more dough per loaf compared to Classy Slice.
