They invented 100% biodegradable packaging and purposely did not patent the technology so other companies could follow their lead. They also have their own biogas plant, which turns agricultural byproducts into energy and creates enough power to run the farm plus more than 1,000 homes. Stahlbush fruits and vegetables are harvested at the very peak of ripeness and flash-frozen within four hours to preserve the just-picked goodness.
