Directions: Measure 2 teaspoons of sip herbals and add to coffee filter, reusable Kcup, fine mesh strainer, tea filters, or a French press.  Add 1 cup of water and brew according to your coffee maker or Keurig.  If you are using a fine mesh strainer, tea filter or French press add 1 cup of hot water and steep for 3 minutes.  Add your favorite milk, cream, sugar or enjoy without.
