So many carob farmers are growing the best seed varieties, which means skinny, not as sweet pods. But Missy J’s found one single farmer in Australia who grows only for the pods. He grows to yield only the sweetest pods — the world’s only sweet variety of organic carob. He perfectly roasts the pods and grinds them into flour. And that’s the secret behind the chocolatey treats made at Missy J’s.
