Description: Our Azure Market Organics savory 4-bean chili mix combines the hearty flavors of four fantastic beans with a delicious blend of spices to create the perfect base for a tasty, authentic chili! Eating a variety of different beans means you get all the nutrients and flavor of each, and this mix of black, white, red, and pink beans certainly delivers on both fronts. It’s not just a great source of protein and dietary fiber—it also provides a wealth of vitamins and minerals including phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, iron, calcium, potassium, and folate (vitamin B9). Plus, it tastes amazing! Our chili mix is great on its own, but you can spice it up (pun intended!) by adding meat or a meat substitute, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, corn, chili peppers, or anything else you can think of. Whatever you choose, you can be sure your chili’s starting out strong with this savory 4-bean chili mix! (See QS035 .) 5 lbs of seasoning is required to prepare 25 lbs of dry beans. 3/4 cup of seasoning mix will season 2 1/2 cups (1 lb) of dry beans.  Product meets or exceeds USDA guidelines. It is not always possible to remove all foreign material. Please sort and rinse thoroughly before cooking. Azure Market products are re-packaged by Azure for your convenience in a facility that meets Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) standards, including an approved allergen control program. Directions: For 29.7 oz. package: Sort and wash beans. Add bean blend to 10 cups water and bring to a gentle boil for 30 minutes. Add seasoning packet and two 15 oz. cans of organic tomato sauce. Cook an additional 20–30 minutes. Serves 16. For 15.4 oz package, change to 6 cups water and two 8 oz. cans of organic tomato sauce. Serves 8. Ingredients: organic white bean, organic black bean, organic red bean, organic pink bean.
