Description: Garlic scapes might be something of a mystery to many, but they are certainly  worth getting to know. They’re twisty, curly, bright green stems that shoot up from garlic bulbs.  Garlic scapes can be used as a replacement for garlic. I like to keep mine in a jar of water on the kitchen window and use as needed. This is a very seasonal item so get them while you can! Each bunch has 8 scapes.
